The 1 Session Pack is the perfect solution to have a preview of how training with Alessandro looks like. Various pricing options are available for 1-to-1 session and group of 2 to a maximum of 4 athletes*. In case of 1-to-1 session one video analysis is included in the pack. Session can be held in English, Spanish or Italian.

Plan of the Workout:
The athlete/s is/are free to submit his/her/their regular training program or ask Alessandro to design a specific one in relation to specific needs expressed via email. Being a one-only session it is fundamental to maintain a continuous flow with the training methods the athletes are following being sure of not creating any kind of interference.
The purchase of the Pack does not include assistance during competitions.
Thanks to Polar technologies and Polar Flow platform highly detailed training report can be additionally shared in order to have a more in-depth valuation of the load for each session and improvements along the program.
