Here comparing the first and last session of our 30 days camp in Madrid. One of the big task of this season’s program is to gradually shift from a dominant posterior cycle running pattern to an anterior one. Inclination of the torso is one of the best indicator to assess upright posture in the second phase of the race. It’s actually a though task but patience and dedication are bringing their results.
